First Step: Call for AbstractsAbstract submission is now open!
All abstracts must be written in English and submitted online. Abstracts sent by fax or post mail will not be accepted. The submitting author will receive a confirmation email with an assigned abstract number, which must be referenced in all correspondence. By submitting, the author confirms consent from all co-authors and will be responsible for all communications. Required information: Title, Name, initials, full address, email of corresponding author, summary (max 400 words), preferred session. Refer to the Abstract template for formatting guidelines. Abstracts must contain sufficient data and meet symposium scope or risk rejection. Each author may present only one oral communication. Title must be short (max 25 words), descriptive, and free of commercial names. Correct grammar and punctuation are required. Abstracts will be reviewed and assigned to sessions by the Scientific Committee. Second Step: After Abstract SelectionDeadlines:
After selection, an updated abstract version can be uploaded via the website. An online abstract book (PDF) will be shared with all participants. Abstract format: Title / Authors / Introduction / Methods / Results / Conclusion. One table or figure allowed (max one page). Upload updated abstracts via your personal account before deadlines. Final decisions (acceptance/rejection and presentation type) will be communicated by email. Presenting authors must register and pay the fee before May 1st, 2026. Abstracts will be published only if one author is registered. The Scientific Committee compiles abstracts but accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions. Oral PresentationDuration: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A. Format: PowerPoint in 16:9 ratio. PostersPosters will be displayed throughout the congress in the poster room. Authors must bring their printed posters. Size: A0 format, portrait orientation (841mm x 1189mm). Attachment system will be provided by the organization. |
