Pricing Transparency: Each ticket purchase strictly includes both the registration fee and a flat contribution to administrative and scientific dissemination costs. This contribution covers logistics, digital access to scientific resources, and global dissemination. Both parts are mandatory to validate your registration.

Shuttle Service Information

To facilitate your travel to and from the congress, shuttle services will be available between key locations and the conference venue.

Our shuttle services include:

  • Transport from Saint-Brieuc Railway Station to recommended hotels on arrival day (June 3, 2026).
  • Daily shuttles between hotels and the Palais des Congrès in Saint-Quay-Portrieux.
  • Transport from the conference venue to Saint-Brieuc Railway Station on departure day (June 5, 2026).
  • Access to public transport via BreizhGo Line 201 (timetables available here).
  • Carpooling options via a dedicated platform (here).
Shuttle Schedule Highlights:
  • June 3 (Arrival): Shuttles from Saint-Brieuc Railway Station at 12:30 PM and 1:45 PM.
  • June 5 (Departure): Shuttle to Saint-Brieuc Railway Station at 1:15 PM.
  • Daily: Morning and evening shuttles between hotels and the conference venue.

Shuttle services are free for all congress participants.

How to Get to Saint-Quay-Portrieux

Saint-Quay-Portrieux is located on the northern coast of Brittany, France. It is accessible by car, train, and public transport from several major hubs.

✈️ From Brest Airport (BES)

  • By car: Approx. 1h30 via N12 and D9 (132 km).
  • By public transport: Bus to Saint-Brieuc, then BreizhGo Line 201 to Saint-Quay-Portrieux (schedules available here). Travel time: approx. 3h45 to 5h30.

✈️ From Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

  • By train: RER B to Paris Montparnasse, then TGV to Saint-Brieuc. Local bus (BreizhGo Line 201) to Saint-Quay-Portrieux. Total travel time: approx. 5h30.
  • By air: Flight to Rennes, then train and bus as above. Approx. 4h45 total.

🚆 From Rennes Train Station

  • By train: TER or TGV to Saint-Brieuc (approx. 1h), then bus to Saint-Quay-Portrieux (approx. 45 min). Total travel time: 1h45 to 2h.
